Patti MacAhonic

Patti MacAhonic, President of L-Attitude in Leadership Consulting Ltd. has worked in leadership and organizational development for most of her career.  She holds a master’s degree in business administration, management consulting from Royal Roads University and a bachelor’s degree in adult education, with an emphasis on organizational development from the University of the Fraser Valley and will soon graduate from the Canadian Outdoor Leadership Training Institute.

Patti has led a variety of teams and organizations through strategic planning exercises, change management initiatives, business turnarounds and process design activities. In her previous roles she served as executive director for the BC Wildlife Federation, executive Director for the BC Brain Injury Association and as an independent consultant across Canada for Sto:lo Community Economic Development,  Canadian Injured Workers Alliance, Mission School District, Riverside Trades and various NGOs and businesses. Patti has also worked as an intergovernmental and business executive working with government at municipal, provincial and federal levels in areas including fish, wildlife and habitat, land use, water, parks and recreation, finance and policy development.

Patti is above all else, an outdoor enthusiast dedicated to developing excellence in leadership practices, sustainability and conservation ethic.  Sharing her experiences and expertise by facilitating the process of helping others to deepen their awareness in relation to the world around them, adopting new ways of seeing, thinking and interacting that will result in innovative sustainable solutions with the ability to move forward with confidence and self awareness to meet  and exceed individual and organizational goals and objectives.
